This Privacy Notice explains how Vetro Tech ("Vetro Tech", "we", "us"), trading as VDropify, collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal data when you visit vdropify.com or use the VDropify platform (the "Service").

1. Who we are

Vetro Tech is the controller of personal data processed through the Service. You can contact us at support@vdropify.cc for any privacy-related question or to exercise your rights.

2. Personal data we collect

• Account data: name, email address, login credentials, profile preferences.
• Store and content data: store name, products, descriptions, images, and other content you create.
• Support data: messages, attachments, and metadata from your support requests.
• Usage and telemetry: features used, pages visited, actions taken, performance and error logs.
• Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, approximate location.

Payment card details for VDropify subscriptions are collected and processed directly by Stripe, our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on our servers and only receive limited transaction information (such as the last four digits, card brand, and billing status) needed to provision and manage your subscription.

3. How we use your data and legal bases

• Provide the Service (contract performance) — create your account, host your stores, and deliver requested features.
• Process subscriptions (contract performance / legal obligation) — confirm orders, manage renewals, and issue invoices through Stripe.
• Security and fraud prevention (legitimate interests / legal obligation) — detect abuse, protect accounts, maintain integrity of the Service.
• Customer support (contract performance) — respond to inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
• Product improvement and analytics (legitimate interests) — understand usage and improve features and performance.
• Marketing communications (consent, where required) — send product updates and offers you can unsubscribe from at any time.
• Compliance (legal obligation) — meet tax, accounting, and other legal requirements.

4. Who we share data with

• Service providers / subprocessors — hosting, database, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and customer support tooling, acting under our instructions.
• Payment processor — Stripe — Stripe Payments processes subscription payments on our behalf and handles card data, fraud detection, and payout-related operations under its own terms and privacy notice.
• Professional advisers — accountants, auditors, and lawyers under confidentiality obligations.
• Authorities — where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
• Business transfers — in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to equivalent protections.

We do not sell your personal data.

5. International transfers

Your data may be processed in countries outside your own, including by service providers located in other jurisdictions. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or rely on adequacy decisions to protect your data.

6. Data retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations (such as tax and accounting records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When no longer needed, data is deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent at any time, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. To exercise any of these rights, email support@vdropify.cc. We respond within one month.

8. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures — including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure development practices — to protect personal data against loss, misuse, and unauthorised access. No system is fully secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies required to operate the Service (such as authentication and security), as well as analytics cookies to understand how the Service is used. Where required, we request your consent before setting non-essential cookies. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email.
